Full Clinical Assessment
Our comprehensive clinical assessment begins with a 30-minute consultation, which can be conducted either via Zoom or in person during specific events. This is followed by a health intake questionnaire, longevity blood work to optimize your health, and either BIA or DEXA analysis to provide detailed information about your body composition. Additional lab tests may be conducted if necessary. Since our program is completely customizeable, you have control over how this clinical assessment is carried out.
Lab Testing
Lab testing is available upon request or when necessary. If you are on a peptide protocol and wish to incorporate Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) to optimize your results, a lab test will be required. Additionally, if you want to enhance your health while improving your performance, we may recommend lab testing focused on longevity. For your convenience, we partner with LabCorp and Quest, and in-home lab tests are also available.
Coaching/Support
We offer an extensive coaching and support program that seamlessly integrates your medical visits with our customized coaching app, specifically designed for equestrian athletes and peptide users. Our support program is tailored to meet your individual needs and includes options for in-person or virtual evaluations, app tracking, and in-app support for nutrition, meal planning, and additional exercises to enhance equestrian performance. You will also have access to our entire team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Once you have chosen a custom treatment program with our team, we will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure you receive the most effective care possible. Complete Health Questionnaire
Following your consultation, your dedicated healthcare representative will ask you to fill out an in-depth health questionnaire. By assessing aspects such as dietary preferences, physical activity levels, and any existing health concerns, we will gain a well-rounded understanding of your unique needs. Medical Review
One of our healthcare specialists will thoroughly review the notes compiled during your consultation, along with your comprehensive health history. This review is essential for customizing a tailored treatment plan specifically designed to address your unique performance needs and health objectives. The process may also include a follow-up phone call, during which the specialist may seek to clarify information that is crucial for optimizing your care. This ensures that every aspect of your health and well-being is considered, leading to a more effective and personalized approach to your journey.
Fulfillment
Once our team of healthcare experts has carefully developed your personalized treatment protocol, the next step involves forwarding your prescribed medication to the designated pharmacy for fulfillment. Please note that the time required for the pharmacy to process your order may vary based on the complexity of your protocol; in some cases, it could take up to 7 days for the pharmacy to complete this process. After your medication has been prepared, it will be shipped directly to your home within 10 - 12 business days.
